ABOUT US
Mid-Atlantic Outdoors is a very unique outdoors club, unlike any other you have ever seen. We lease land from private land owners for multiple outdoors activities and our members pay us annual dues to gain access to all of the land we lease.
This is different from other clubs or lease brokers because instead of leasing one single property for one single person or type of game, we lease hundreds of properties and our members can hunt on all of them on a reservation basis - ALL YEAR LONG! Why would you lease one property for whitetail when most outdoorsmen enjoy hunting a variety of game animals? Maybe you would like to try something different and go after turkey, black bear or wild hog. What if you want game animals not found in the Mid-Atlantic like antelope, mule deer or trophy whitetail?
WE HAVE YOU COVERED!
Mid-Atlantic Outdoors is a member of the American Wildlife Association (AWA). The AWA is the only nationwide network of outdoors clubs in the United States. When you join Mid-Atlantic Outdoors you will also become a member of the AWA and gain access to all of the land that other AWA clubs lease, from Canada to the Gulf and from the Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean.
HOW IT WORKS
Members reserve a property either over the telephone or on the internet using our Online Reservation System. Members can log onto this special Reservation System and browse available properties in the state and/or county they are interested in.
Once YOU decide on a property, it can be reserved for up to 10 days at a time. For the days the property is reserved no other member can see it online or reserve it via telephone. This ensures our members will not be hunting on top of each other, thus creating a safe and secure hunting environment for you and your family should you decide to become a part of our club.
There is no limit to how many reservations you can make throughout a year. All we ask is that you actually use a property for every day you have it reserved.
SCOUTING TOOLS
We make scouting a property simple and easy. You can actually scout a location from the comfort of your own home using our many tools provided for each and every property. Each property listed has satellite photos, topographical maps, survey plats, scouting/harvest reports and GPS coordinates. Some listings even have ground photos to show the landscape.
The scouting/harvest reports are very simple forms required to be filled out by members within 48 hours of returning from a property. These reports let us know what type of game was noticed or taken and if there were any changes to the property. It might be that the land owner was harvesting a crop or the neighboring land owner was cutting timber. All of these are useful things to know before going afield. We also constantly monitor the harvest reports for properties that are not producing. If a property is not meeting the needs of the club, we will release the land and continue to bring on new leases that fulfill our member needs.
